Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Amvio may receive, why it is used, and the choices available to you. It is written for the website's current, minimal-data setup.
Who we are
Amvio is an independent venture operated by Vishesh Gupta in India. This policy applies to the Amvio website and the contact routes made available through it. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to visheshgupta.0058@gmail.com.
Information we may receive
Amvio does not currently offer website accounts, accept payments, or collect information through an embedded website form. We may receive information when you contact us voluntarily, including:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, and message.
- Information included in a proposal request, service inquiry, or RawBit application.
- Proof of work or portfolio links shared for a RawBit application.
- Technical information ordinarily recorded by the website host, such as IP address, browser type, device type, request time, and requested page.
How we use information
Information is used only for clear business purposes, including responding to inquiries, arranging calls, evaluating RawBit applications, preparing proposals, providing agreed services, maintaining website security, and complying with legal obligations.
Amvio does not sell personal information or use contact information obtained through an inquiry for unrelated bulk marketing.
Consent and your choices
When information is processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also request access, correction, updating, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Third-party platforms
The website links to services operated by third parties, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers, and, when added, Calendly. Following those links means the relevant provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Amvio does not control the security, cookies, or privacy practices of those independent platforms. Calendly will initially be linked externally rather than embedded on this website.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently use non-essential advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to deliver the site. If analytics, advertising technology, or embedded services are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with hosting, communications, scheduling, or professional service providers only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate reorganisation of the venture. Providers are expected to handle information securely and only for the relevant purpose.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, application, business relationship, record-keeping requirement, dispute, or legal obligation for which it was received.
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Amvio's services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that the situation can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.
Updates and contact
This policy may be revised when Amvio's website, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
For a privacy question, request, consent withdrawal, or grievance, email visheshgupta.0058@gmail.com.
